It doesn’t matter much what time of day you take them.
I had to take them right before bed because they made me even more nauseous and I couldn’t keep them down during the day!

I take mine at night because if I take it in the morning, I feel nauseous and fatigued all day.

I take mine at night with a snack right before falling asleep. That way I’m not as nauseous as when I had them in the AM or with dinner (as I was still up for several hours). If I don’t eat it with a bit of food, I wake up 20 minutes later and need to eat

Take them with your dinner. So they will be absorbed better.

Whenever you feel most comfortable taking them. I take them in the morning because I keep them by my stove where I cook my son breakfast every day and will therefore, remember to take them. Some women prefer to take them at night, especially if the prenatals make them feel ill.
