So far this pregnancy, my only symptoms have been sore boobs and fatigue. I’m almost 10wks and I feel like my symptoms have subsided the past few days. I’m getting nervous.

I had an appointment at 8w3d and everything was great—strong heart beat and baby measured correct size. Is it possible my symptoms are going away bc I’m nearing the end of 1st trimester? I don’t have any cramps or bleeding but I hear stories about “missed” miscarriage. My next appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks and the wait is killing me
