Blighted Ovum

So last Sunday I found out I was pregnant 4weeks & 8 days which is 5 weeks. Anyways everything was going good ( I went to the doctor yesterday to schedule my ultrasound next month) anyways till I woke up this morning not feeling well. I went to the ER and they checked my levels. ( Sunday they were 586) today they were 47. The nurse said I had a miscarriage but she thinks I had Blighten Ovum. She tried to explain to me what that was but she couldn’t to where I would completely understand it. So after crying for 10 mins they released me & gave me some papers and on the papers it says “ miscarriage & Blighten Ovum. Some people say that that is not a miscarriage cause the baby wasn’t developed but honestly to me it was. I’ve been praying for years to get pregnant and when I finally do the baby is taken from me. Can anyone explain to me this or who agrees with me? Let me know!
