possible pregnancy

OK so me and my boyfriend had sex about a month or so ago with out protection however he pulled out about a week later I then got the implant and I've had that in for 3 weeks however I'm starting to feel very sick on a morning and throughout the day going hot and cold unable to walk because I feel like I'm about to pass out any suggestions on what this might be
