sore breast ? Bumps on nipples ?? Nausea..Negative test

I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but my period was supposed to start yesterday. I took a pregnancy test 3 days prior to the day I was supposed to start. I have had nausea but no vomiting for a few days especially today..Also I have these weird white bumps on my nipples.. uh. I doubt that I’m pregnant because I have took 3 pregnancy tests and all were negative but I had unprotected sex every day this month except once. Is it possible these are pregnancy signs and I’m just getting false negatives ?
