For the last day or two I’ve been feeling this thumping feeling on my cervix/bladder. It makes me feel like I’m about to pee on myself. It doesn’t hurt but it’s so uncomfortable with a lot of pressure. I notice after that my panties are wet but it does smell like urine. I don’t feel anything come out though. I’ve read if it’s amniotic fluid it won’t smell and I’ll feel a gush. Also I can feel him kick up higher right after it happens. They didn’t check my cervix at my 20 week scan so I’m worried it could be something else.
