Job search? Help??!

What are the best ways to go about looking for a new job?

No job is beneath me, although I have a lot of experience in teaching (birth to 12 years), and working in/managing sub shops, and would prefer something >$10/hr.

My previous jobs I’ve just walked into and gotten an interview. I can always nail an interview and get hired on the spot, but a lot of places now do the online type of applications which I never seem to get a call back...

Ideas would be lovely!!
