Worried

So I'm currently 5 weeks and 6 days and over the weekend my husband and I had sex and I started bleeding, as soon as I saw It. We went to the hospital, me freaking out, so after an ultra sound and blood work. They confirmed on pregnant (duh), but they saw the sac, but nothing else. They said it was too early for them to see a baby. By the end of the hospital visit I stopped bleeding, this is my second pregnancy and I never had bleeding with my first so I am reaching out on women that have bled and the baby be okay.
