If you have already gotten your period and you are looking retroactively, basically no.  Because luteal phases are fairly consistent, and usually around 10-14 days, so when you get your period, you know that you are at the very end of your period.  (Even though sperm can live for up to 5 days, it would be extremely rare to ovulate on the third day of your period), unless you usually had incredibly short cycles. 
However, if you period is just “supposed” to come in 2 days, then yes, because, unless you are using OKPs and monitoring your BBT, you have no idea when your luteal phase actually started, and the follicular phase can be very varied.  Meaning, like others said, you could have ovulated late, and your period isn’t actually expected in 2 days.
