I Love him but I’m BORED

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 18 months and he has gotten so comfortable, stopped talking to me like usual. I usually sleepover and he picks me up from my dorm and then just doesn’t converse with me and watches t.v. Until he’s tired out of his mind and goes to bed. I’m 20 in college and he’s 22 doesn’t even touch me, have sex like once a week even though we sleep with each other everyday, his frat brothers compliment me more than he does, he just doesn’t try with me because he’s lazy and I feel like he thinks he’ll have me forever and that I’ll never leave. I’ve tried talking to him about it and he is so dismissive. I’m tired of trying to talk about it when I just get ignored and nothing changes.. I looked up “how to know when your boyfriend is too comfortable” found a statement that really resignated with me and sent it to him

This is what he said and I don’t even know what to say that I haven’t already said. I appreciate that he realizes it but he doesn’t put an effort to change it or say anything to make me feel better
