Spotting and periods and pregnancy

Hi there so me and my husband are trying for another baby. With my first, it took 2 years to conceive. Well my period was supposed to start Friday and didn’t and then yesterday I wiped once and saw a tiny bit of pink blood and then last night and all day today there’s nothing!

I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Anyone experience this in a period before?
