I’ve recently been caught in an argument between two of my friends one of which I’ve been friends with for 11 years. It was a stupid argument but it’s completely ruined our friendships. I took my friend of 11 years side because I thought that if I didn’t I’d loose her but everything got out of control and now me and my friend of 11 years are not friends with the other person. It’s making me dread going to school and I’ve been spending most of the night crying and it’s led to me having a panic attack.

I don’t know what to do, any advice?
