Opinions?!?

Question

I don’t do makeup often besides eyeliner, but I wanted to try to do something a bit more so I can look good for prom that’s in less than a month (it’s so close o.o)! What are your honest opinions and is there anything that you would change or that I could do better?

First of all, why is there a TMI filter on this?? 
Man, it took me so many years to get good at using eyeshadow. I never used eyeshadow when I was a teenager because it always looked horrible when I tried... I didn't know what I was doing. So don't worry, it takes time to learn. That being said, I agree you could improve your blending skills -- that's really the key to natural looking eyeshadow. 
1. Use a primer, concealer, or neutral shade of eyeshadow that gets the closest to your natural skin tone as a base coat. This will help the color stay put without migrating or settling into the crease after a few hours, and help you blend better without harsh edges. 
2. Use a color close to your natural skin tone *but one shade lighter* on the lower lid/outside corner. This also helps lift the eye.
3. Apply your crease shadow a little higher than your natural crease. This helps your eyes appear larger and ensures the shadow is actually visible when your eyes are open! IMO you need to bring it way further up; it makes your eyes look smaller as is.
4. Apply a highlghter color in the middle of your top lid and blend outward. You can even use some shimmer here to pop.
5. Blend the darker color from the outside corner of your eye inward. Start with a small amount on a precision brush, blending up and use more product only if you need to. It's easy to overdo and hard to fix a dark color.
Instead of black and white, I would use a transition shade from sable to taupe in the crease (or even a plum), a darker smoky gray at the outer corner, and a light creamy natural shade in the middle of the top lid and blend blend blend! You want the colors to shift more smoothly and gradually ideally, so it doesn't look blotchy and fake.
You've done a good job of making clean lines with your eyeliner, but personally, I would angle the wing up higher, if that makes sense. 
1. So instead of drawing all the way to the far corner of your eye and bringing it straight out, you gradually start to bring the line up about 3/4-7/8 of the way and make the wing end a few mm higher up towards your brow bone. The result is it lifts the eye a bit and makes it look more open. Bringing eyeliner down too far on the top lid is a really easy mistake to make, and it tends to close your eyes and make them look smaller than they are. 
2. For continuity, I would also angle the inner point down a sharper angle that mirrors the outer angle, for more of a cat-eye look. 
Aly Art on YouTube has some great tips for doing your eyeliner this way to make your eyes appear bigger & also makeup for hooded eyes (when not much of the top lid shows when your eyes are open). 
Christen Dominique's "Eyeshadow Do's and Dont"s" is also a good tutorial. 
I just try to find YouTubers who have a similar eye-shape and skin color to me, so it's more likely the colors and techniques they use will suit you.
