I think it's a bad idea because you're hurting and not in your right mind, so you think fucking or bring intimate with someone will fill the hole and dull the pain, or at least make you feel wanted.... and it doesn't work, maybe for that moment in time, but it doesn't work. I also think it's a bad idea because you're using that other person who has absolutely no idea they're being used.

I think it depends on the situation. As long as the person knows you’re rebounding and they’re okay with that, you do you boo. But it’s not right to lead someone on, especially not knowing that you’re just using them to get over someone else. I’ve been there before, and before he even kissed me we both explained we didn’t want nor need a relationship. What we did worked for us, and even now almost two years later, we can still have a conversation because nothing got awkward when we stopped having sex. I got a boyfriend, he start d focusing on school, all is well. I still run into him at work occasionally (I work at Walmart, I see everybody lol) and he’s met my boyfriend plenty of times and they vibe great too. It’s all about communication
