Is this weird?

So my boyfriend was neglected as a kid and didn’t really have a lot of parental love, which is his explanation for it, but he enjoys calling me mommy and having me be like a mom. It’s not really like a fetish thing he doesn’t act like a baby or anything he just likes to call me mommy. He loves my boobs because when he sucks on them they calm him down and he feels nurtured. I have absolutely nothing wrong with this and I’m just wondering what others think. Our relationship isn’t where I’m dominant and he is submissive we actually switch a lot and I am a masochist and he tends to my needs and I do his. I don’t know🤷‍♀️
