Sore breasts, a sign you can test early?

I've been experiencing noticeable soreness in my breasts since about day 3 post ovulation. I was pregnant back in February but it ended in a miscarriage in March & with that pregnancy I didn't feel this until day 11po & I took a test on day 10 that confirmed the pregnancy.

So my question is if I am indeed pregnant does this symptom mean that there is a decent amount of hormone in my system that I could potentially get a positive test earlier...? I like to wait to day 10 but I'm tempted to try on day 7 with a clearblue test...

Any thoughts or feedback?
