Glucose Test today...Ideas on what to eat?

Good Morning Ladies! So I am 19 weeks and 6 days I have my Glucose 1 hr test today...my appt is at 10:30am but I will do the test until I'm done at my appointment...so I have to be fasting sort of...the nurse told me I can eat something but not sugary so my only guess is plain wheat toast....any suggestions on what I can eat??

Any type of carb will turn into sugar. I'd stick with eggs!

i was told just protein...but then every one i talked to said to fast! so i didnt eat anything lol. passed that 1 hr test and it was the early one too! good luck!
