Tension headaches in the 2nd trimester?

Does anyone else get serious tension headaches? I’ve had one now for two days and you know google doesn’t do anything but put the fear of god in you. So what did you do to relieve the headache? I took Tylenol but still no change. I’m 15w and 3 days.

Since I can't take meds for my migraines and TMJ head achs I go get a nice big drink from Starbucks with an extra shot sometimes 2 of espresso. Caffeine is all that helps me while pregnant. Yeah it's bad for you but it's better than suffering and taking medication. Dr said it was fine .

Mine comes from my back and shoulders from the way I have to sit at work. I have a neck pillow thing that I can heat in the microwave,
Sometimes warm baths with peppermint essential oils, Tylenol, but currently woke up with one and haven’t been able to kick it since.

I got a ton in the second trimester with my first pregnancy. I barely got any with this pregnancy. When I do get a headache I do the following: chug a big glass of water, take Tylenol, take Benadryl, have some caffeine, and if possible I nap. That combo tends to help. Be sure to bring it up with your doctor though
