Back aches
I need help I’ve been having bad back aches and tummy aches and I have seriously tried almost everything heat pads , Tylenol , massage , sitting up straight everything and it’s lower back pain then the back pain gives me cramps can someone give me some tips to get rid of all of this ? 😫
