Vaginitis????

So 2 days ago I though I was getting a yeast infection because I was itching and there was very little discharge but no smell. The next day it was still the same but my vulva area was now very red and swelling up. Still no smell and the discharge seems to only be in the vulva. There is no discharge in my vagina, no smell either. I’m also 5 days late but I don’t know if it contributes to this.

I can’t figure out what it is exactly and I can’t afford to go to the doctor. I got vagicil to soothe the itching and burning for now. I think it might be vaginitis. Could someone help?
