Horrible mood swings this early?!

When did you first have mood swings when you were pregnant? I'm only 4+5 today and I don't know if it's the hormones or just me. 😂 Can mood swings start this early in pregnancy? Today everything has irritated me more than it usually does. I basically rolled my eyes after every needy customer at work, and after that at the supermarket it felt like I was going to have a mental breakdown. Just the fact that I didn't find ketchup almost made me in tears, that's how frustrated I was. When coming home my SO had his headphones on, so when he didn't hear the door bell ring, I grabbed my keys in a fury while holding the heavy grocery bags and managed to get through the door without help. Then I told him that he'd better open the door next time and that I'm definitely not the one putting all this stuff to the fridge, and walked straight to bed. 😂

Not to mention what happened with the lunch box, which I threw on the floor several times earlier this day just because I couldn't open it.. I really hope it's the hormones to blame. 🙄😅
