Note to self - selfcare related

I'm a first time mom and one thing I will keep in mind for the next time (when it comes to selfcare) is, to make "baby food" for myself the first pp weeks. It is easy and healthy. I remember the struggle in the beginning to take care of myself to eat enough + healthy food. So adding some "baby food" for myself as snacks, would deffinitly be a gamechanger in my situation. Do you have something in mind to do different next time around?
