Placenta Previa and Panic

I am 14weeks and 3days and saw my OB today. She did an US and told me I have placenta previa. I have been looking online so I know what it is but I'm interested in individual experiences and advice. If you had do to anything specific, did your placenta move up eventually, things that helped, did you have a c section and how was it, etc, things like that. This is my first baby (It's a GIRL! and measures at 15 wks.) and I've had several miscarriages over the years although I've never made it this far. We did IVF and ended up with only one good egg, our little princess! I prayed and prayed that she would stick in there so I could carry her. After today's visit, I just feel all kinds of panic. I just want to know that my baby will be healthy and okay!
