IUD Chronicles

So I had my son on December 12 2017. I got my IUD placed on January 26th. I spotted for a couple days & then on January 30th I gotwhT I thought was my period ...😒 But I bled non stop until about the last week of March, I stopped bleeding for about 2 weeks .. then I went for my check up to make sure the IUD was still in place on April 11th , the doctor said I would probably start spotting after the visit 😩 Sure enough I started bleeding again on April 13th & I’m still bleeding. I wish it would just stop already, I neverbeen this annoyed before. I’m so tired of bleeding every damn day, I buy more boxes of tampons then I do diapers. & I’m going on Vacation next week and I probably will still be bleeding. ! Not to mention I can’t have sex (sorry if TMI) I’m miserable ! Has anyone ever experienced this? Should I change BC methods ? Or should I wait it out and eventually it will stop.  ?
