Bad stitch job after tearing

I just had my little girl on the 21st. It was a very quick labor, she beat the Dr (on call) with only about 4 pushes. I ended up tearing a little and the Dr was already unprepared for her to be there already. He didn’t have time to change or prep the room properly for her delivery. He said I would only need one stitch, jabbed me with the numbing stuff and immediately started stitching, not even waiting for it to take effect. It hurt, so he jabbed me with the needle again, still not waiting for me to numb. He complained about the lighting and not being able to see well. He continued stitching and said “just one more” about 5 times. All the while I could feel everything! I’m very pain tolerant and not a screamer. But I screamed for that, it was worse than my actual labor.

Now, days later, I still hurt. I tore with my first and I didn’t feel like this (this is my third). It hurts to stand, sit, walk and pee. I took a look last night and there is a good 1/4 in gap between the skin he joined together. I asked my husband to look to confirm it didn’t look right. I’m going to insist on speaking with MY OB/GYN and ask him to see me ASAP.

How would you handle this situation? Thanks for any input.
