Femara side effects??

I've been taking femara, today will be my 3rd day... I feel crazy tired, really emotional, and kind of just defeated in all aspects of my life... is this normal? I never feel like this...

No side effects for me (I’m on my first round) but did take it on a night before I went to bed...

Is.that the only medication you are on? any other disease states? any new developments or stressors in life? I'm just asking because this is my second cycle and haven't had any of that. Wouldn't be far off since the medication does affect hormone balance.

My joints were really sore when i was on Femara.  Especially my wrists, shoulders and sometimes knees.
