So I was supposed to get my period Sunday. I had spotting and cramping the day before and up until Monday. This was the most significant amount of blood I had the whole time and this was on Sunday when my period was due. I got a negative pregnancy test. Today I woke up with horrible breast pain and tenderness and low and behold got a positive test. I still have some cramping but haven't had any bleeding since Sundday. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy? I'm waiting for my doctor to get back to me. I've never been pregnant before and I don't know what is normal and what isnt. Thanks for any help!!!
