Pregnancy and the flu?

so I'm 6 weeks pregnant and just got a nasty cold :( does anyone know of home remedies to help relieve sinus pressure??

Tylenol, Benadryl, mucinex are all ok to take depending on symptoms. Humidifiers can also help. I also use a nasal spray in moderation to get over the worst of it.
