Announcing prior to 12 week mark?

Has anyone announced before the 12-week mark? Just curious if you have and your reasons for announcing early

I did at 11 weeks. Baby was fine and we saw a heart beat at 8+4. I’m 13+4 now and everything is going along just dandy. 
I was going to wait until 13 weeks after our 12 week ultrasound but felt like doing it at 11 :) this is my first pregnancy and no history of miscarriages, so it felt safe enough to me

Yes! I did. I was extremely sick and couldn’t work/ everyone was really concerned

I announced pretty early on.  Baby is perfectly fine and healthy. I’ll be 18 weeks on Friday ❤️

I did cause it was my first and was super excited. Well I didn’t announce I just told. Ton of people and regretted it only because it ended in loss. This time around I was terrified to do it at 12 weeks but I did and baby is 26 weeks so all is good!

I announced pretty early with this pregnancy. I experienced a loss at 12 weeks last time and it was horrible to go through that without anyone knowing how much I was suffering. If it happened again (luckily it didn't) I wanted my friends and family to understand what I was going through.
