Need advice
Guys I’m sixteen weeks soon to be 17 an I’m in dance, there is spins an things, NOTHING with having to lay on my belly an I’m assuming It’s okay I mean right? Im active? I keep away from the dance with rolling around on the ground an things. But basically I just spin around an do a split thing in the air a couple times then the rest is just legs.. what’s your advice I’m assuming I can because my doctor told me that I didn’t need to stop doing anything unless I was around cat litter An drugs or stuff. (This was at my first appt) But I do dance an I have my recital in a week.. what’s your advice? Should I continue? It’s only another week away
