You can't tell your pregnant from your stomach. You would have to be 12+ weeks along when your stomach gets hard from baby popping out from your pelvis.

I’m ten weeks and I feel nothing. Everyone’s different, I know mine will be palpable around 16 weeks because I’ve had three kids before. Some women are even later.

There’s no changes to the stomach until at least 10 weeks. Where it starts to feel hard.
