High cervix and pink/brown spotting(4days late)

I have off and on pink / brownish spotting. Have seen it only few times today. I’m also 4 days late. I only saw blood from checking my c p as well as from wiping nothing on my underwear so far ..could i possibly be pregnant ? Or would it be a neg for sure ?? I had a negative test 2 days ago.
