How to find moms

I’m a sahm and my son is now 4m old. I would love to find a mommy group or even a place to take my son to interact with other babes. How do I go about doing this? I moved from my hometown for my husband’s work and I really have no friends here. 3 of my best friends back home had babies within 6 months of mine and I so wish I could be around them more! Feeling lonely, any advice??
