Bought my first baby item-cloth diapers

Some people feel like it’s bad luck or whatever to buy before baby gets here... but ive been waiting for 3 years (6 years if you want to count how long we’ve wanted babies, but we were in our teens and I knew that wasn’t the best idea). Now we’re financially stable enough to have kids and my health is finally good for kids (in fact my doctor is encouraging pregnancy!) and I’ll have the meds in which we couldn’t TTC with completely out of my system and we will be able to start on my next cycle!

Aaaaaaanywho... I was buying a ton of stuff off of amazon (my husband needs new clothes) and i asked about adding a baby item on there and he said yes!!!! He wasn’t really comfortable with buying baby items while TTC, but I think it’s now getting extra exciting and real for him and I didn’t want to buy anything until he was comfortable with it.

It’s super boring, but I bought cloth diapers from Amazon. I’ve been researching and these seemed like they had good reviews and are similar to what I’ve worked with before as a nanny. We’ll just need one more of these and a package of liners and well be all done with diaper needs! (Instead of using the pocket I’ll be laying the inserts on top, so the covers can be reused with a light pee-only diaper).

I’m so PUMPED! My last pregnancy was accidental before we were married and ended in miscarriage, and is actually a secret (there’s never been a good time to bring it up and now it’s been over 4 years) so I’m just so excited and ready to go all out for this baby and pregnancy!
