6 weeks pregnant with my second child .

okay so I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my second child & I have been having some really bad stomach pains & cramps , I understand cramping is normal but I don’t remember it hurting this bad with son & my son is only 11 months old , should I be worried ? I’m drinking water everyday and trying my best but can’t keep nothing down and the pain is making it worst .
