6th pregnancy

I found out on 4/19 that I was pregnant. Immediately went in for blood work. HCG levels were doubling as they should. And hormone level was good. Today I began cramping and spotting, I’m not sure if it’s a side effect from being on progesterone suppositories or if I am in fact having another miscarriage. This feeling of not knowing is unfair. My mind is going crazy. To be honest we decided to hold off on TTC from everything we have experienced in the past, until September when we get married. And low and behold I got pregnant. At this point I don’t know what to think, it hurts so much mentally and physically. God please give me answers! 🙏🏽
