SO PROUD OF MY BABY!! (TMI pic in post)

After 18 weeks of trying and failing, of pumping 12 times then 8 times and now 5 times a day, she finally LATCHED!! And not only once but for 3 feedings today!!

I was feeling bored today after I pumped a little I was like hmmm let’s try the nipple shield again. I rubbed my nipple on her mouth and she literally started laughing at me! And every time I put my nipple in her mouth without the shield she would gag. So I figured if I wore my breast friend nursing pillow and carried her around with me, she nursed without complaint.

I plan on wearing the nipple shield for a couple of weeks and then seeing if she wants to nurse without it.

But OMG I’m SO HAPPY AND SO PROUD OF HER TOO!!! 🎉🎉🎉💕💕

I can see the end of washing so many pump parts and so many bottles 😫🙏🏽
