Last pregnancy I took it orally my last week of pregnancy and then the day after my due date I inserted it vaginally. The next morning at 7am my water broke.

I'm using it now along with walking and sex and am currently 50% effaced and dilated to a 1. not a lot but you gotta start somewhere.

My midwife suggested I take it. She said some people say it doesn't work but she's been using it herself for 26 years and she believes it works. 🤷 It has no bad side effects so I figured why not? I've been taking it orally twice a day and vaginally once a day since 36 weeks.

Can’t remember when I started taking it with my first but this time I started orally at 34 weeks and will insert vaginally around 36. There’s no scientific proof that it works but I feel like it did. Last time after using it I was 80% effaced after about two weeks. Not sure if it was the epo or not. Also they say it can help prevent tearing so why wouldn’t you want to avoid tearing ya know? 🤷🏽‍♀️ I feel like it for sure helped because I only had a 2nd degree tear with my 10lb 11oz son and there’s no way that I shouldn’t have torn right to my butt hole 😂
