How do you stop the sugar cravings 🤤
I had my baby nine months ago, and I’m 10 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight. My problem is that I seriously want chocolate or sweets all. The. Time. I know I could be at my goal weight if I could just cut out the sugar! I’ve always had a sweet tooth but never gained weight from it so it’s really hard for me to not be able to eat sweets 😔😔 Any one have this problem, or any tips?? Not sure if I’ll get any replies but it’s worth a shot. This is me right now
