Did so badly

I have been trying to complete a correspondence certificate for the lasg two years which has been really difficult as I've had a really tough two years. I got the results back from two out of four of the assignments I've completed and I failed both of them, misersbly (36% and 12%). I put a lot of effort into them and a seed the questions exactly and I got penalised on things such as lack of index, bibliography, summaries, etc. I got 0 out of 14 for the job descriptions for the HR management, and I've gone back and I've described the job descriptions for the 'job' over two pages, it's that long 😭😭😭. The one comment was that the assignment has limited content, but I was literally answering the questions exactly! I got penalised on things like not including technology in the 'practice ' when it didn't form part of the question and was nowhere in the study book. I don't even feel like finishing the other assignment now.
