My 3 month old has been using a nipple shield to nurse and I have to pump and drink fenugreek tea every few days as my milk supply keeps decreasing if I don’t. Has this happened to anyone else? It also takes dd forever to nurse (over 1 hr, and nurses every 2 hours still). She gets really frustrated as the milk flow is so slow, and nothing really comes out of one of the breast...we know bc we weighed her before and after nursing at the doc office and she didn’t gain any weight despite being on breast vigorously for 15 minutes. She is exclusively breastfed.
