panic attacks

so my husband and I live with his parents and out 3 children. we were outside last night with my in laws dogs. we were sitting on the porch. I am currently on my period and wanted to get my husband off by giving him a blow job as I have done many times. (i also must add that I was sexually abused when I was younger a lot.) He was holding my head and we both got really into it. all of a sudden my neck started hurting extremely bad and my back. I couldn't get away as he was holding my head and I could tell he was about to cum. I finally pulled away crying went to the bathroom and freaked out came out having a full blown panic attack. crying uncontrollably, shaking uncontrollably, heart pounding. my poor husband didn't know what to do and thought he caused it. I'm not sure that he did. I also have anxiety issues. I just wish I could make him understand me more. we have been married almost 5 yrs. He knows I was sexually abused as a child. I maybe just need words of encouragement.
