Could I be pregnant

So me and my partner have sex a fair bit, and I was on the depo and missed my shot as the doctor always sends me texts me reminders and I thought I was okay for another 2 weeks. Last night I was in the shower and washed myself, put my hand down there and had a bunch of clear mucus with a string of blood in it, then on the ground there was a very small ball of blood like a brownish colour, I had back pain in the lower part of my back. Tiny cramps and like a sharp pain on the top of my Vagina like where the top of underwear sit.. I put a pad on to see if it was my period, but there was NO BLOOD, just milky white discharge,. I’m still not bleeding and my boobs are heavier and yeah.. just wanting to ask.. someone help me. PLEASE AND IM VERY STUFFY IN THE NOSE.. VERY,! Sneezing but a lot of nasal congestion
