alil help please

how did you frist know you were pregnant and how far along were you.? Because me and fiance have been trying and our last test was negative the birthcontrol made it harder to conceive. but I woke up today feeling like throwing up and getting cramps every few hours. but Saturday will be two weeks since I had my birth control removed so we will take a test on Saturday. frist time i was pregnant r.i.p it was 2 months pregnant and went in to the doctor for feeling sick..... how did you know you were pregnant and how far along were you.?
