5 week progress (15 weeks pp)

I have always had body image issues... I did however love my bump while I was pregnant... 2 weeks after the birth of my son i lost most of my baby weight, but due to not working and being inactive and cravings I gained almost all of my baby weight back and some stretch marks along with it. I decided to make some changes, I cut out pop and juice and drink strictly water(for those that know me know i hate water, but couldn't stand seeing the number of the scale rising) started eating a little bit better and also watching the amount I eat. I started hula hooping during an episode of one of my tv's shows on Netflix along

with 30 day challenges, and 10-15minutes work out videos on YouTube (2-3x a week). Now with the weather being nicer, I can now enjoy daily walks with my son. My goal was to stop the weight gain but to see progress went beyond my expectations. Can't wait to continue this journey to a healthier me, During this journey I also notice a bit of an improvement on my arthritis and notice my joints have also improve... my elbows and wrists I'm regaining flexibility that I lost years ago along with being able to sit criss cross on the floor again or even sit on the floor period and not struggle to get up any more gave me hope to actually enjoy doing things with my son and not worry about what my body can and cannot handle.
