How did you lose pregnancy weight?

Hey all I'm still pregnant but just want to have a set plan for after I give birth so I can slowly work my way to losing the pounds I'm probably going to have afterwards. I naturally have fast metabolism and can't gain any weight no matter how hard I try so This being my second pregnancy but first time giving birth I don't know how my body will react so I just want to be prepared. What was the best plan you had to lose the lbs? Eating diet? Excercise?
