loose skin

hey everyone! so I had a baby a year ago and am still trying to lose all of the weight I gained ( I gained 40lbs), I only have about 10 lbs to go... I do however still have loose skin on my stomach. it's not terrible, but definitely noticeable. I go to the gym and eat healthy. does anyone have any tips, that maybe I haven't tried? workout routines, firming lotion etc? I don't want to have surgery. thank you!
