anyone have similar experience?

I had my second MC April 6th, it was early (6 weeks) and started and finished on its own. we took the month off of TTC but happen to have sex around ovulation (based on it being day 14, no opks). then I started bleeding wjay would have been estimated 3DPO. some small clots/chunks (sorry). last MC my period came 4 weeks after, like is should. anyone have a similar experience and know what it actually was?? part of me is worried maybe we conceived again and its MCing already. But I know it's too soon for that.
