Found out im PREGNANT

I went to Planned Parenthood this morning to pick up some birth control with my sis and for some reason due to my age they were prompted to do urine sampling for STI’s. Also because im due for my period today (to test for possible pregnancy). Anyways they come back and results are positive. My boyfriend and I live at his parents house while we save money to pay off our cars a make a down payment on a house of our own. Although his family is very supportive of children and are considered blessings in his family, they are the ones who sort of “pushed” me to go get on birth control because we are young adults and they want us to have a life before children. My boyfriend also has a scary past with getting girlfriends pregnant. One lied and was never pregnant, but another one was but got it terminated before he was even aware of the pregnancy. Im honestly scared to tell him because part of me wants to keep it and not go with an abortive route, but his parents and him himself are not ready i can tell. Any advice or similar experiences? Please please please
