Everyone is sick in my house! Due any day!

My husband got sick first. Thought it was allergies but then he broke out with cold sores on his lips and low fever. My kids got sick right after. My daughter had a cough and low fever for a day or two but seems she’s better though I think she still sounds weird. My son got sent home from school Tuesday with fever and stuffy nose. He’s been out yesterday and today with fevers that range from 99 to 104. Dr. Said it’s viral. Baby due any day! (40+2) daughters communion is Sunday! I don’t want my kids to not meet. What do I do?
